I'm running Windows 7 trying to host a LAN game of Dungeon Siege 2 with second computer (Windows XP), we see each other fine but once I start game, I get in but the second computer does not. Navigate to \Steam\SteamApps\common\Dungeon Siege 1. 2. Rightclick -> Properties on DungeonSiege.exe. 3. Navigate to Compatibility-Mode. 4. Set to Windwos XP SP2 (Not SP3) -> OK. Restart Steam and start Dungeon Siege 1 again and for me it works fine for 9 hours now :D. Thanks this worked for me.

HP Pavilion laptop i7 with 8 gig RAM. I update Windows, drivers, and other programs regularly. Iv'e had some other issues with programs in Steam that I had to uninstall, reinstall Steam to get them to work. This issue didn't get fixed. It's something in the latest update, or something in the Steam software.
Right click on the windowed borderless gaming app and add new window. (F3) Then right click it, and go into settings, game settings. Under size and offset put your display resolution. Okay so i've tried every workaround fix that i've seen on the dungeon siege 2 thread and none of them work. So what I am asking is there a patch or something that will fix the no cursor glitch. It used to work before windows 10 updated and now it seems that this game is now unplayable no matter what I do.
